Sun & Pallas in Sagittarius

Philosophic Wisdom

The SUN meets Asteroid PALLAS at 10°SAGITTARIUS where Higher Exploration is key!

High-aiming Outer Awareness aligns with the longstanding wisdom of Pallas Athena the great patron of Athens.

A lovely stroll down memory lane as Venus also meets the Past today! The Sabian picture symbol for this degree:

AN EVER-BURNING LAMP THROWS LIGHT UPON AN ARCHAIC IDOL.

The constant inner flame brings awareness to what has long been admired, loved, or revered.

Sun & Asteroid Angel in Libra

Higher Awareness

SUN meets Asteroid ANGEL at 13°LIBRA

where Personal Purpose is key!

Outer Self aligns with the higher thought forms of Asteroid Angel where purpose is linked with personal awareness.

This interplay of the celestial rays reflects the expansion of personal awareness is intimately connected to purpose.

In typical Libra style, to be carefully measured upon on the golden scales of truth. The Sabian picture symbol for this degree:

IN THE HEAT OF THE NOON HOUR A MAN TAKES A SIESTA.

In an expansive state of mind outer awareness is measured and assimilated.

SUN in LIBRA

Fall Equinox 2019

Equal day and night with the realms of the SUN & MOON in perfect balance upon the golden scales of LIBRA.

The SUN enters LIBRA as we transition into the moon ruled portion of the year, following the sun ruled spring/summer half of the year.

The outer lessons through spring/summer, then the marriage of the Sun & Moon at Fall Equinox for the inner classes of fall and winter.

The SUN tours LIBRA 9/23-10/23 as the Outer partners with the Inner for our epic journey inward through the fall/winter half of the year.

Outer Awareness of the SUN shifts from the (mutable) earth realm of analyzation in VIRGO to the (cardinal) air sign of balance in LIBRA.

As the Sun tours Libra, the Moon covers the (cardinal) leadership expressions of all four elements; FIRE, WATER, AIR, and EARTH.

LIBRA SEASON LUNATIONS:

SUN in VIRGO

Harvest-time begins!

The SUN enters VIRGO where the lessons of spring and summer are culminated before making the transition

to fall and winter.

SPRING: Ushered in on the horns of the Ram at Equinox, carried by the great Celestial Bull, and explored the dual nature of mind with the Gemini Twins.

SUMMER: Inner research in the sign of the Crab at Solstice, outer willpower with the Lion in Leo, and now onto gathering experiences in Virgo.

Outer Awareness of the Sun shifts from the (fixed) fire realm of inspiration in LEO to the (mutable) earth sign of adaptability in VIRGO.

The SUN tours (mutable) VIRGO 8/23-9/23 where we gather up the fruits of our labor, looking all the way back to when the planting began at Spring Equinox.

During this time, the Inner MOON also covers the (mutable) adaptability expressions of all four elements; FIRE, WATER, AIR, and EARTH.

VIRGO SEASON QTR LUNATIONS:

Aug23 Gemini Waning Moon (mutable air)
Aug30 Virgo New MOON (mutable earth)
Sept5 Sag. Waxing MOON (mutable fire)

Venus & Sun in Leo

Ambitious Outer Harmony

VENUS catches the SUN in his own domain at 21°LEO where Personal Ambition is key!

A big shift today! Rather like a changing of the guard as Lady Love transitions from Morning Star to Evening Star.

Venus has been leading the way across the sky each day since the Sun caught up with her in Scorpio on 10.3.18.

Now she follows! Watching every move the Outer Self makes until the Sun catches her again in June of 2020.

The constellation for this area of Leo is CORVUS the Crow with the whole lookin' out for #1 kind of vibe.

Long ago, the Ancients traced the ambitious crow in the sky to aptly reflect the energy of personal ambition.

Perhaps it's true! What we pay attention to and talk about is highly reflective of our own personal ambitions.

Venus will be watching! Bringing full attention to all things we really love! The Sabian picture symbol for this degree:

A CARRIER-PIGEON ALIGHTS AT DAWN BEFORE HIS OWNERS.

A higher thought form arrives with brand new awareness for the whole self.

The SUN dons his royal crown upon making grand entrance into his own home realm of LEO

Just as the MOON covers the (fixed) stabilizing expressions of all four elements; FIRE, EARTH, AIR, and WATER.

Sun & Mercury Rx in Cancer

Outer Awareness of Mind

SUN meets MERCURY Rx at 28°CANCER where

Inner Research is key!

SUN in CANCER

Inner Research

The SUN reaches its farthest northern declination as it makes grand entrance into the CANCERIAN Realm of Feeling!

Ushered in on the horns of the Ram at Equinox, carried by the great Celestial Bull, exploring the dual nature of mind with the Gemini Twins.

And now onto doing a bit of Inner Research in this MOON ruled sign of the Crab during the celestial month of Home, Family, and Feeling!

Outer Awareness of the Sun shifts from the (mutable) air realm of thought in GEMINI to the (cardinal) water realm of feeling in CANCER.

WATER signs reflect the energies of emotion and feeling. CARDINAL signs are the pushing forth leaders and CANCER is the only cardinal water sign!

The Outer SUN tours the (cardinal) water sign of CANCER 6/21-7/23 with optimum opportunity for greater outer awareness of the inner self.

During this time, the Inner MOON also covers the (cardinal energy) leadership expressions of all four elements; FIRE, WATER, AIR, and EARTH.

Sun & Mercury in Gemini

Outer Awareness of Mind

MERCURY meets the SUN

as they make grand entrance into the GEMINI Realm of MIND

When MERCURY catches the SUN its function changes as it makes the transition from morning star to evening star.

Instead of the Sun following Mercury across the sky each day, the Mind now follows closely behind the Outer Activities of the Sun.

Rather like, the Mind keeping very close tabs on the Outer Awareness, or Mercury watching the Outer Self and its every move!

Oh, the Wonderment & Awe of it ALL! Mercury keeps a watchful eye on the Sun until their next meetup in July.

SUN in GEMINI

Dual Nature of Mind

The SUN enters GEMINI in concert with ruler of the realm MERCURY!

Ushered in by the RAM at Equinox, carried by the Celestial BULL, and now onto exploring the dual nature of mind with the Gemini TWINS.

Outer Awareness shifts from the grounded (fixed) earthy expression of TAURUS to the (mutable) air realm of thought in GEMINI.

Shifting from the fixed stabilizing energy, to that of the mutable kind, the SUN & MOON are now both geared towards maneuverability.

SUN in (mutable) GEMINI 5/21-6/21 with Fidelity for both the Conscious Reasoning and the Subconscious Intuitive areas of mind.

During this time, the Inner MOON covers the (mutable energy) expressions of all four elements; FIRE, WATER, AIR, and EARTH.

Sun & Uranus in Taurus

A little movin' and shakin' before prepping that firm solid foundation. Be on the lookout for all kinds of sudden world rockin' insight!

SUN taps Natal Venus

Outer Awareness of LOVE

The SUN lights up the personal energy of Lady Love along with the sudden insight of Revolutionary Uranus right there too!

The position of VENUS at birth reflects how and what we love! For this Piscean Prince we find Venus in Taurus where the theme is Determination.

As the first ten degrees of Taurus are solely ruled by Venus, the personal (likes & dislikes) of this Natal Venus flow with a particular strength and ease.

The placement of VENUS in relation to the energetic field reflects the area of life where we find the personal (likes & dislikes) mostly directed towards.

Here we find a certain determination towards loving the collective group, as this area of life in the personal field is under the domain of Aquarius.

A brilliant compliment to the energetic makeup of this (Mercury Ruled) Pisces! The Sabian picture symbol for this degree reflects the vibes of this Natal Venus!

AN ELECTRICAL STORM BRILLIANTLY ILLUMINES THE SKIES.

Sudden bursts of insight brings higher awareness into view.

Awe, it’s no wonder the Fish seems to love the sudden insights, this (Uranus Ruled) Ram with a Natal Venus in Aquarius, is always reeling with!

SUN in TAURUS

Outer Stability

The SUN makes grand entrance into the Earthy Realm of TAURUS

Ushered in on the horns of the Ram at Equinox, the Outer Sun is now moved by determination of the great Celestial Bull!

Additional shifting today: Receptive Venus enters Aries and Committed Juno enters the Cancerian realm of Feeling.

Highlights this month: Revolutionary URANUS insightfully guides us to that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!

Pluto & Saturn go Rx, plus a double bump of Inner Expansion, as the Moon meets Jupiter Rx twice this month!

A big outer shift as the SUN moves from the bursting forth activities of ARIES to the grounded, stabilizing energy of TAURUS.

EARTH signs reflect the physical elements of the world. FIXED signs are stabilizers and TAURUS is the only fixed earth sign!

Shifting from (cardinal) leading energy to that of (fixed) stability. The SUN & MOON are both now geared towards stabilization.

The Outer SUN tours the (fixed) earth sign of TAURUS 4/20-5/21 with Determination for Value, Security, and Mastership.

Just as the Inner MOON covers the stabilizing (fixed energy) expressions of all four elements; FIRE, WATER, AIR, and EARTH.

Sun & Mercury Rx in Pisces

SUN meets MERCURY Rx in PISCES

For the last planetary meetup of the Celestial Year!

Outer Self catches the backtracking Mind in Pisces for a year end review of Understanding the Experiences!

The Sun now takes lead position in front of Mercury across the degrees, entering Aries way before Mercury does.

Yet, Mercury will rise first each day with the Sun to follow. The Sun now in position to keep a close eye on the Mind!

Just as the Sun prepares to takes charge of the Summer half of the year, donning the crown on Spring Equinox.

Notably, the Inner Moon will turn over the crown to the Outer Sun from the very spot where it took charge in the Fall.

It has been an extraordinary year of watching these planetary rulerships! The Sabian picture symbol for this degree:

AFTER DRASTIC REFORMS A PURIFIED CLERGY OFFICIATES ANEW.

Following substantial life changes a pure clarity within the hierarchy of self, leads anew.
