CANCER Waning Moon

Inner Integration

Half Waning MOON at 27°CANCER where Personal Research is key!

As harvest season continues to unfold so do we! The inner realm is pulling us near, where our creative dreams are very dear.

Perhaps for you too, an outer aspect is getting acquainted with the inner self. The Sabian picture symbol for this lunation degree:

INDIAN GIRL INTRODUCES COLLEGE BOY-FRIEND TO HER ASSEMBLED TRIBE.

An integration of a well schooled outer aspect with the whole inner self.

Inner integration for 7 more days, leading up to the Scorpio New Moon. The half waning Moon rises at midnight and sets at noon.

MERCURY goes direct at 23°CANCER where Inner Research is key!

Mercury stations direct just before INNER meets the OUTER at the Leo New Moon. The Sabian picture symbol for this degree:

Invisible Inner Mind

Nearly New MOON meets MERCURY Rx at 24°CANCER where Inner Research is key!

An extra boost of inner research just before Mercury goes direct and the Inner Self meets the Outer Sun at the New Moon tomorrow.

The picture symbol for this Cancer degree speaks to the current classes on personal rulership during this celestial month of Leo.

Venus & Mercury Rx in Cancer

Harmonious Mind

VENUS meets MERCURY Rx at 26°CANCER where

Inner Research is key!

A meeting of Heart and Mind! Very fitting as Leo Season begins. No one ever said "Building Willpower" would be easy!

Sometimes the old structures must be wiped away to be rebuilt anew. The Sabian picture symbol for this meetup degree:

A FURIOUS STORM RAGES THROUGH A RESIDENTIAL CANYON.

Intense inner conflict storms through a common and deeply ingrained thought pathway.

Perhaps inner conflict could be viewed as the counterpart to inner harmony a.k.a. heart and mind on the same page.

Inner conflict seems to be a running theme. Later today, another stormy degree at the Half Waning Moon in Taurus.

MERCURY Rx in Cancer

Heroic Shift of Mind

Mercury Rx backtracks into Cancer where Inner Research is key!

Looks like this Mercury Rx Mission is going to require something along the lines of Heroic Inner Research as well!

The constellation for this area of Cancer is ARGO the great sailing vessel of the Greek heroes Jason and the Argonauts.

This epic adventure and quest for the golden fleece begins each year at Spring Equinox just as the Sun enters Aries.

Mythology is a brilliant symbolic rendering that aptly portrays the entire celestial journey! The Sabian picture symbol for 29°Cancer:

A developing inner aspect born of the independent freedom to be true to self.

VENUS in CANCER

Feeling Inner Value

VENUS tours CANCER through July 27th.

The Cancerian realm of home and family is symbolic of the natural condition of mind and our most familiar aspects.

How better to relay this symbolism than the Crab that takes its home and all its aspects everywhere it goes!

Lady Love is now on the scene to bring full attention to the valueable cast of characters that reside within.

Remember the cast of characters at the New Moon/Solar Eclipse yesterday! A group of crabs is also called a cast!

Rather like equipping the personal cast with Venus Value as we prepare for the big show later this month in Leo.

Inner Research of the Sun in Cancer is now combined with the Value of Venus as she joins the cast & crew here too!

CANCER New Moon & Eclipse

Newly Revealed Awareness

MOON meets the SUN at 10°CANCER where we really get-the-feel of things!

INNER meets the OUTER in the Cancerian Realm of Feeling for experiencing all kinds of Personal Revelations!

The constellation for this area of Cancer is HYDRA the mythical sea serpent with 100 heads (identities).

The Sun reaching Hydra marks 100 degrees into the celestial year that began in March at Spring Equinox.

The celestial months of Aries, Taurus, Gemini make a total of 90 degrees, plus these 10 degrees of Cancer.

The story of Hydra and Hercules is an epic one! Out of the 100 heads only one was the true creative urge.

What does Hercules do with this one immortal indentity? He buries it under the Rock of Ages; the pole star of Truth.

The picture symbol for this lunation/eclipse degree speaks again to the many identities or aspects of self.

A CLOWN CARICATURES MERRILY ALL KINDS OF HUMAN TRAITS.

Humorous mental imagery of the many aspects of self, made with a joyful heart.

"The true profession of a man is to find a way to himself." Hermann Hesse, poet and novelist born on this day in 1877.

SUN in CANCER

Inner Research

The SUN reaches its farthest northern declination as it makes grand entrance into the CANCERIAN Realm of Feeling!

Ushered in on the horns of the Ram at Equinox, carried by the great Celestial Bull, exploring the dual nature of mind with the Gemini Twins.

And now onto doing a bit of Inner Research in this MOON ruled sign of the Crab during the celestial month of Home, Family, and Feeling!

CANCER Half Waxing Moon

Building Inner Purpose

Half Waxing MOON in CANCER, where Research is key!

We're halfway through this Inner Build phase as the MOON reaches 90° away from the SUN, both on the (same degree) of a Cardinal sign.

The Outer SUN leads with expansive cardinal fire energy, as the Inner MOON leads with the experiential feeling energy of cardinal water.

This Half Moon is also aligned to the Dragon's Head of Personal Purpose. The north point, where the SUN & MOON cross orbital paths.

During this Celestial Month of Aries, all the major lunations occur in Cardinal signs. The Inner & Outer having a similar kind of drive.

Each quarter Moon phase is tuned to the same mode of expression as the sign where the SUN currently transits (cardinal, fixed, or mutable).

The dance of the Sun & Moon plays out like this; all the time, every time, like clockwork! The Sabian picture symbol for this purposeful half waxing moon degree:

New Moon & Solar Eclipse In Cancer

The Revealing Nature of Research

NEW MOON - Solar Eclipse in the deep feeling sign of CANCER

The Inner MOON meets the Outer SUN at 20° Cancer where the theme is RESEARCH; investigative inquiry, study or experimentation in order to establish facts and reach new conclusions.
