Moon & Mars in Libra

Purposeful Inner Action

MOON meets MARS at 14°LIBRA where Independent Activity is key!

Just before the New Moon we're reminded of our innate inner gifts. The Sabian picture symbol for this meetup degree:

A STACK OF MACHINERY PARTS; ALL ARE NEW AND ALL CIRCULAR.

Many parts of the personal tools are still seemingly new and all reflect wholeness.

Sun & Asteroid Angel in Libra

Higher Awareness

SUN meets Asteroid ANGEL at 13°LIBRA

where Personal Purpose is key!

Outer Self aligns with the higher thought forms of Asteroid Angel where purpose is linked with personal awareness.

This interplay of the celestial rays reflects the expansion of personal awareness is intimately connected to purpose.

In typical Libra style, to be carefully measured upon on the golden scales of truth. The Sabian picture symbol for this degree:

Moon & Mercury in Libra

Agile Inner Mind

MOON meets MERCURY at 25°LIBRA where Harmonious Agility is key!

The constellation for this area of Libra is LUPUS the great celestial wolf. Much like the dragon, the wolf was vilified in times past.

The Wolf is an ancient symbol of hierarchy within the self, the alpha male and female reflecting the personal Sun & Moon.

The Outer & Inner in lead position of the additional aspects. Each aspect with their own unique role within the workings of the pack.

Highly intelligent and very communicative wolves always do their best to avoid conflict. The Sabian picture symbol for this degree:

AN EAGLE AND A WHITE DOVE CHANGE SWIFTLY INTO EACH OTHER.

Ability to easily transition between the higher thought forms of illuminated awareness and pure peace.

Moon & Venus in Libra

Valuable Inner Mission

MOON meets VENUS at 18°LIBRA where Personal Purpose is key!

The constellation for this area of Libra is DRACO the epic celestial dragon that's wound around the great Pole Star of truth.

The Dragon is a longstanding symbol of personal purpose. Like many ancient symbols, the dragon was demonized long ago.

Easy to see the results of vilifying the symbolism found within this archetype. The Sabian picture symbol for this meetup degree:

ROBBERS ARE HIDING, READY TO ATTACK THE HEAVILY ARMED CARAVAN.

Negative attitudes lie in wait with sights set on derailing the strongly protected personal mission.

LIBRA New Moon

New Moon of Inner Perception

MOON meets the SUN at 5°LIBRA where the Creative Urge seeks expression!

INNER meets OUTER at the first New Moon of Autumn as we embark upon the fall/winter journey of inner discovery and assimilation.

The constellation for this area of Libra is the great celestial snake SERPENS symbolizing the creative impulse that resides within.

The story of our innate creative gifts and learning of their highest possible use! The Sabian picture symbol for this lunation degree:

IN A TRANCE, A PILGRIM BEHOLDS HIS IDEALS MADE CONCRETE.

The spiritual seeker sees his ideals in brought into physical form through conscious experience of the inner subconscious mind.

SUN in LIBRA

Fall Equinox 2019

Equal day and night with the realms of the SUN & MOON in perfect balance upon the golden scales of LIBRA.

The SUN enters LIBRA as we transition into the moon ruled portion of the year, following the sun ruled spring/summer half of the year.

The outer lessons through spring/summer, then the marriage of the Sun & Moon at Fall Equinox for the inner classes of fall and winter.

The SUN tours LIBRA 9/23-10/23 as the Outer partners with the Inner for our epic journey inward through the fall/winter half of the year.

Outer Awareness of the SUN shifts from the (mutable) earth realm of analyzation in VIRGO to the (cardinal) air sign of balance in LIBRA.

As the Sun tours Libra, the Moon covers the (cardinal) leadership expressions of all four elements; FIRE, WATER, AIR, and EARTH.

LIBRA SEASON LUNATIONS:

Sept28 Libra New MOON (cardinal air)
Oct5 Cappie Waxing MOON (cardinal earth)
Oct13 Aries Full MOON (cardinal fire)
Oct21 Cancer Waning Moon (cardinal water)

Balance & harmonization can already be seen as we begin with a New Moon! The lunar cycle is now perfectly aligned to the celestial month.

This harmonious flow between the luminaries lasts for 9-months through Summer Solstice with abundant attention on the Inner Moon.

Asteroid Vesta with her own strong ties to the sign of Libra goes on an Rx Mission of Inner Adoration on this very lovely Fall Equinox too!

Venus & Angel in Libra

Higher Receptivity

VENUS meets Asteroid ANGEL at 8°LIBRA where Personal Equilibrium reigns supreme!

In Libra we strive for a state of being in which the internal opposing forces and influences are brought into harmonic balance.

The constellation for this area of Libra is the celestial snake SERPENS symbolizing the creative impulse that resides within.

The long body of Serpens reflects the sliding scale between the tail of what we have and the head of we're pulled towards.

The story of our innate creative gifts and learning of their highest possible use! The Sabian picture symbol for this degree:

THREE "OLD MASTERS" HANG ON THE WALL IN A SPECIAL ROOM OF AN ART GALLERY.

Longstanding creative expertise is always found in a special place of mind where the imaginative faculties reside.

VENUS in LIBRA

Balanced Heart

VENUS tours LIBRA where the harvest is weighed upon golden scales!

Balance of Heart & Mind is a huge theme as Venus & Mercury cross the gate at 0°LIBRA. The Sabian picture symbol for this degree:

PIERCED BY A DART OF LIGHT A BUTTERFLY IS "MADE PERFECT."

Directed awareness that sinks in makes for perfect transformation.

MERCURY in LIBRA

Balanced Mind

LIBRA Half Waxing Moon

Independent Inner Build

Half Waxing Moon at 16°Libra where Independence is key!

The constellation for this area of Libra is DRACO the epic celestial dragon in serpent form, symbolizing the creative urge of purpose.

The Dragon is an ancient symbol of personal purpose. Like so many other longstanding symbols, the dragon was demonized long ago.

Easy to see the result of this type of shift. Once of the greatest importance and now nearly lost. The Sabian picture symbol for this degree:

A RETIRED SEA CAPTAIN WATCHES SHIPS ENTERING & LEAVING THE HARBOR.

After the personal mission is accomplished, joy is found watching others embark and return from their journeys of personal discovery.

We're halfway through this Inner Build phase as the MOON reaches 90° away from the SUN, both on the (same degree) of a Cardinal sign.

During the Celestial Month of CANCER all the major lunations occur in Cardinal signs. The SUN & MOON having a similar kind of drive.

Each quarter Moon phase is tuned to the same mode of expression as the sign where the SUN currently transits (cardinal, fixed, or mutable).

Each celestial month plays out like this every time, like clockwork! The Half Waxing Moon rises at noon and sets at midnight.

Independent Inner Build Mode for 7 more days leading up to the mountains high, with fully Revealing Inner Awareness at the Capricorn Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse on 7/16.

PALLAS Direct

Pattern Recognition

Asteroid PALLAS goes direct at 10°Libra where Independence is key!

The Pallas Rx Mission of Understanding the Creative Principle draws to close as we move forward with greater knowledge.

PALLAS began her backtrack tour through LIBRA in February. And oh, the patterns she's revealed since that time!

Namely, the longstanding thought patterns that relate to the type of experiences we tend to create for ourselves.

Remember, the cardinal air sign of LIBRA leads with thought! The Sabian picture symbol for this direct stationing degree:

KINDLY OLD PROFESSOR IS TEACHING A CLASS OF YOUNGSTERS.

Longstanding personal wisdom caringly works with newly developing aspects.

LIBRA Full Moon

Fully Balanced Inner Awareness

Full Moon in LIBRA

This Full Moon occurs on the last degree of LIBRA, aligned exactly opposite of the Sun on the final degree of ARIES.

As the (build cycle) of this waxing moon draws to a close, the fortnight of the waning moon (release cycle) begins.

The picture symbol for this Full Moon at 29°Libra reflects the ability of discovering what the mind is interested in.

A PHRENOLOGIST DISCOVERS MOUNDS OF KNOWLEDGE ON A HEAD.

Particular traits of mind are reflected in the bumps of the skull.

Notably, this 2nd Libra Full Moon occurs on the same degree where the Pattern Seer PALLAS Rx Mission began in Feb.

Just for fun, check out a Phrenology chart and see how it applies to you! We found it to be extraordinarily accurate!

ARIES Season began with a full potential 0°Libra Full Moon and now concludes with a full culmination 29°Libra Full Moon.

This Libra Full Moon puts the wraps on the Celestial month of Aries! The Full Moon rises at sunset and sets at sunrise.

LIBRA Full Moon

First FULL MOON of the Celestial Year!

Since ancient times, this first Full Moon has been the annual marker for EASTER

The first Full Moon after the Sun passes over from the fall/winter half of the year to the spring/summer half, as the Sun enters Aries.

Perhaps this extraordinary Full Moon on the Spring Equinox is a very rare and epic event! The fifth full moon in a row, at zero degrees!

The other two full moons that occurred on Spring Equinox in the previous century actually took place just before the Sun entered Aries.

Traditionally, if there was still attention given to the celestial motions, Easter would be recognized this Sunday on March 24th.

Notably, this Sunday the planetary energies of the (mind) Mercury Rx and the (inner mystic) Neptune will meetup on an Easter degree.

There are 360 picture symbols that reflect each degree of our celestial sphere that's used to mark the path of the planetary bodies.

Out of these 360 picture symbols, it appears there are only two which mention Easter and we just saw the other one, back in January.

The Universe sure seems interested in Easter this year! Checkout the January meetup of Venus & Jupiter on the other Easter degree!

Here in the Midwest, there’s an old saying to wait until after Easter, before planting the garden! Looks like this year, it's experiment time!

The Sabian picture symbol for this LIBRA Full Moon degree reflects the full expression of cardinal air energy; leading the way with thought!
