Half Waxing Moon at 16°Libra where Independence is key!

The constellation for this area of Libra is DRACO the epic celestial dragon in serpent form, symbolizing the creative urge of purpose.

The Dragon is an ancient symbol of personal purpose. Like so many other longstanding symbols, the dragon was demonized long ago.
